Please read these Terms and Conditions carefully. By registering for Dancecation (the “Event”), booking a stateroom through our travel agency, or attending the Event, you agree to be bound by the following terms.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By submitting your registration and payment, you are entering into a binding agreement with BK Entertainment LLC (doing business as BK Travel), organizers of the Event, and our managing partners. These terms apply to all guests, attendees, and travel companions associated with your booking.
2. Eligibility & Geographic Restrictions
State Restrictions: Due to strict Seller of Travel laws, we cannot accept registrations from residents of California or Hawaii. Any booking made with a billing address from these states will be immediately canceled and refunded.
Medical Restrictions: Guests are subject to Celebrity Cruises’ standard medical and sailing policies. Notably, any guest who will enter their 24th week of pregnancy at any point during the voyage will not be permitted to board.
3. Registration, Payments & Deadlines
Dancecation requires two separate transactions: the Event Pass (processed directly by BK Entertainment LLC via Stripe) and the Stateroom Fare (processed by Celebrity Cruises via our host agency, Outside Agents).
Final Payment Deadline: The absolute final deadline to pay your stateroom balance in full is November 9, 2026. Staterooms not paid in full by this date will be automatically canceled by Celebrity Cruises, subject to standard cancellation penalties.
Independent Bookings: All accommodations must be booked through our official registration portal. Guests who book directly with Celebrity Cruises or another agency will be denied entry to all private events. If a reservation is transferred to our group within Celebrity’s strict 30-day booking window, a $250 administrative transfer fee will apply to cover the manual contract adjustments.
3.5 Roommate Matching & Solo Travelers
To protect the intimacy and highly curated nature of this exclusive group block, all staterooms are based strictly on double occupancy. We do not permit single-occupancy cabin buyouts. Solo travelers must purchase their Event Pass first and opt into the Roommate Matching Waitlist. Do not pay a stateroom deposit until you have been officially paired with a roommate. Once a match is confirmed by our team, both guests will be provided the official booking link to submit their respective cabin deposits together. Dancecation at Sea and BK Entertainment LLC are not liable for physical room assignments or bed configurations, as our exclusive block utilizes Guarantee (GTY) inventory controlled entirely by Celebrity Cruises.
4. Cancellation & Refund Policy
Event Passes: Due to the exclusive, capacity-controlled nature of this boutique event, all Event Passes are strictly non-refundable and non-transferable upon purchase.
Stateroom Cancellations: Stateroom cancellations are governed exclusively by Celebrity Cruises’ standard penalty timeline. We highly recommend purchasing comprehensive “Cancel For Any Reason” (CFAR) travel insurance to protect your financial investment.
4.5 Roommate Cancellation & Single Supplement Liability
All shared staterooms are priced based on double occupancy. By registering for a shared stateroom, you enter into a joint financial agreement with your matched roommate. If you cancel your booking for any reason after the initial deposit is paid, you are financially responsible for covering the resulting “Single Supplement” penalty incurred by the remaining roommate.
It is the sole responsibility of the canceling party to find a suitable replacement. The proposed replacement must align with the original, documented “dealbreaker” criteria (e.g., gender, smoking habits, sleep profile) established by the remaining roommate at the time of registration. The remaining roommate may not unreasonably withhold approval of a qualified replacement. If the remaining roommate rejects a replacement who meets the original criteria, the financial liability for the Single Supplement penalty instantly shifts to the remaining roommate. We strongly advise all guests to purchase Cancel For Any Reason (CFAR) travel insurance to protect against these liabilities.
5. Official Memorabilia & Third-Party Fulfillment
All Official Memorabilia packages are sold, produced, and fulfilled through our third-party retail partner, Printify. By purchasing items through our external digital storefront, you agree to Printify’s independent terms of service, shipping timelines, and return policies. BK Entertainment LLC is not liable for lost, delayed, or damaged merchandise shipments. Any customer service inquiries regarding physical memorabilia orders must be routed through the Printify storefront. Memorabilia purchases are separate from your event registration, are non-refundable through BK Entertainment LLC, and have no bearing on the cancellation policies of your cruise cabin or event passes.
6. Itinerary & Venue Alterations
Cruising requires operational flexibility. BK Entertainment LLC, H&S Dance LLC, and Celebrity Cruises are not liable for changes to the schedule caused by weather, navigation requirements, or ship safety protocols.
Port Changes: The ship’s Captain reserves the right to alter the itinerary or cancel a port of call. Such changes do not constitute a cancellation of the event and do not entitle guests to a refund of their Event Pass.
Venue Relocation: Celebrity Cruises retains the right to alter our venue allocations across the ship. If a private venue is relocated, adjusted, or temporarily suspended by ship management, the Event Directors will make every effort to minimize disruption, but no refunds will be issued for adjusted floor time.
7. Code of Conduct & Right of Refusal
Dancecation is a private, curated community experience. We maintain a zero-tolerance policy for harassment, disruptive behavior, or excessive intoxication that compromises the safety or enjoyment of other guests or the talent. The Event Directors reserve the absolute right to cut a guest’s wristband and permanently revoke access to all private venues, masterclasses, and social events without a refund if this Code of Conduct is violated.
8. Assumption of Risk & Liability Waiver
By attending this event, you acknowledge that partner dancing involves physical exertion and inherent risks of injury.
You agree to assume all physical risks associated with your participation in the masterclasses, social dancing, and excursions.
You agree to hold harmless and release BK Entertainment LLC (DBA BK Travel), H&S Dance LLC, Outside Agents, and all affiliated staff or volunteers from any and all claims, liabilities, injuries, or damages resulting from your participation in the Event or your travel aboard the Celebrity Beyond.
9. The Grand Drawing & Promotional Giveaway
The Grand Drawing is a promotional giveaway hosted by BK Entertainment LLC to celebrate the inaugural voyage. Entries are provided complimentary as a promotional bonus with the purchase of an Official Memorabilia package. The drawing is open strictly to registered attendees of Dancecation At Sea 2027 who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry. This promotion is void where prohibited by law and is subject to all applicable federal, state, and local regulations. All prizes provided by official sponsors are non-transferable, non-exchangeable, and cannot be redeemed for cash value. BK Entertainment LLC reserves the right to substitute any prize with another of equal or greater value if circumstances beyond our control make it necessary. Winners will be selected at random and announced live onboard the Celebrity Beyond during the scheduled event itinerary. By participating, attendees agree to release and hold harmless BK Entertainment LLC, Celebrity Cruises, and all official prize sponsors from any liability, illness, injury, death, or loss that may occur, directly or indirectly, from participation in the drawing or acceptance of any prize. BK Entertainment LLC intends to donate a portion of the net proceeds generated from Official Memorabilia sales to a recognized 501(c)(3) organization supporting the swing dance community (such as SwingDanceSport, YASDA, or similar entities). The final charitable beneficiary will be confirmed and formally announced prior to the Event.
10. Media & Photo Release
Professional photographers and videographers will be documenting the Event. By registering, you grant BK Entertainment LLC and H&S Dance LLC the irrevocable right and permission to use your likeness, image, or voice in photographs, video recordings, or digital media for future marketing, promotional materials, and social media content without compensation.
11. Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Commonwealth of Virginia. Any legal action or proceeding arising out of or relating to these terms shall be brought exclusively in the courts located in Virginia Beach, Virginia.
